COME BACK HOME TO CHRIST

If you are a Catholic who has been away from the Church for awhile, this invitation is for you! Our Faith Community misses you and is incomplete without you!

• Were you raised Catholic but rarely or never come to Church?

• Are you married to a non-Catholic?
• Are you angry with God to the Catholic Church?
• Are you a Catholic who now feels separated from your Church?
• Would you like to know more about the Catholic Church as it is today?
• Would you like to feel at home in the Catholic Church again?

St. Patrick Church will be hosting "Catholics Returning Home", an opportunity for those who have been away from the Church for whatever reason to renew their relationship with Catholicism. No matter how long you have been away or for whatever reason, we invite you to consider renewing your relationship with God and the Catholic Church.

CATHOLICS RETURNING HOME

Catholics Returning Home (CRH) is designed to reach-out and invite non-practicing/inactive Catholics to return "Home to the Catholic Church" and resume active practice of their faith. The program has three major outreaches per year: Christmas, Easter, and Fall. The same six-week series is repeated.

Catholics Returning Home sessions provide updated information on the basics of Catholicism in a non-threatening, managed support-group format. The sessions are informational and formational. Topics of the six-week sessions are:

Session #1 - Welcome and Overview of the Series; Sharing by Team and Participants
Session #2 - "Stories of Faith from Catholics Returning Home" video & sharing
Session #3 - The Church Today: Changes Since Vatican Il, Q&A
Session #4 - Explanation/Walk-through of the Mass, Q&A
Session #5 - "Tips on Sinning," Explanation of Reconciliation/Confession, Q&A
Session #6 - The Creed: What Catholics Believe Wrap-up, Q&A
